Parent Governor Vacancies

Details on becoming a governor and what is involved.

We currently have two vacancies for parent governors and we would like to invite all parents and carers to consider applying. 

Parents and carers are a major source of support for the school and enable us to be more effective through regular support and positive dialogue. 

Parent governors serve for a term of four years after election and are usually asked to attend two meetings per term. These last about 2- 3 hours, normally on an evening; currently these are taking place online. Even if your child leaves the school, you can still remain a governor for the full term.
