Dear Parent/Carers
We will be holding our Annual Sports Day on Wednesday 17th June 2026, and are happy to once again invite parents/carers to come to school to support the pupils.

We are planning to start at 1:00pm so please come along from 12:50pm to get seated, if possible please bring your own seating (chairs/picnic mat). Can you please ensure your child has an appropriate PE kit, cap and sun cream if applicable for the day. Pupils may wear a t-shirt in the same colour as their house team.

For Health and Safety reasons, parking will not be allowed on school grounds. There is parking available in the car park at the end of Church Street and opposite Chasetown Football club. We ask people not to park in the coned areas as this has been reserved for taxis.

If the weather conditions mean we cannot hold sports day on Wednesday 17th June, we will rearrange for Thursday 18th June.

If you wish your child to return home with you after the races are finished, please complete the form on the letter which has been sent home, otherwise students will return home with their usual transport arrangements.
