We are writing to offer the chance for children in years 5, 6, 7, & 8 to participate in a planned residential outdoor education course for pupils at Standon Bowers Outdoor Education Centre from Monday 23rd November 2026 to Friday 27th November 2026.

The pupils will be accompanied by school staff. The cost of the residential will be a voluntary donation of up to £290 which can be paid in instalments during the academic year.

A copy of this letter shall also be sent home on Monday 7th September. Please return the form attached to the letter expressing your interest before Friday 18^th September 2026 if you think you would like your child to take part in this residential visit.

This will not commit you to anything at this stage. Please note that the final selection of children for the visit will be based on individual risk assessments made by the school. No pupil will be excluded based on inability to pay.
