We are seeking an inspiring, and motivated professional who is dedicated to the ongoing academic, behavioural and personal development of young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. Candidates must have excellent organisational skills and proven experience of managing computer systems and entering and retrieving data. Working under the direction of the SENCO, the post involves working with Chasetown Community School staff and pupils, liaising with families, professionals and other schools both collaboratively and independently to develop systems that will support pupils in their learning and their transitions both into and from Chasetown Community School. You must be able to drive as the post involves home visiting and visits to other schools and other professional meetings.
